Kamini is a Senior Director of Engineering at LinkedIn. She leads the Infrastructure and Productivity Engineering Team for the core flagship app for LinkedIn. Her team is responsible for developing tools and infrastructure to enable continuous development and deployment. She also leads the Women in Tech (WIT) Invest Program at LinkedIn which provides opportunities to accelerate women’s careers. In addition, Kamini leads the engineering efforts for accessibility. Prior to LinkedIn, Kamini spent 11 years at eBay, rising through the company from an engineer to leading and managing large engineering organizations. Throughout her career, Kamini has transformed Engineering, Tools, and Test organizations at several companies.
